Service Description
Pre-employment Testing: Before hiring for a safety-sensitive position The DOT drug test screens for the following substances: Marijuana (THC) Cocaine Opiates (morphine, codeine, and heroin) Amphetamine and methamphetamines Phencyclidine (PCP) DOT drug tests have stringent procedures in place for: Collection of samples (typically urine) Chain of custody (ensuring the sample is handled properly and cannot be tampered with) Testing of samples (using approved laboratories) Review of results by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to ensure accuracy and consider any legitimate medical explanations for positive results
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation will not result in a refund for any reason. However, you may reschedule your appointment as long as it is at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is not at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 reschedule fee. No call no show will result in you having to pay for another test in full.
